What a moving and sunny weekend!

The Berlin Marathon 2025 is behind us – and we are still overwhelmed by the many runners from all over the world who opened not only their passion for sports but also their hearts to our Health Revolution.

The personal encounters with you mean so much to us. Every runner has their own motivation to take on the challenge of a marathon – and to support our vision for better health in Africa along the way.

Thanks to your commitment, and the amazing donation total of

we are now turning the page to a brand-new chapter.

Our work will take us into further African countries

Together with local communities, we aim to establish urgently needed programs to improve children’s health and provide support for mental health challenges. In many rural areas, access to basic healthcare is extremely limited. Malnutrition and undernutrition lead to severe developmental problems in children. At the same time, mental health conditions remain heavily stigmatized and lack any recognition in society.

With your support, we are taking the Health Revolution beyond the borders of South Africa for the first time. Every kilometer you ran in Berlin represents hope, change, and a better future for children and families in Africa.
